Voor een effectieve afkoeling van de spieren te introduceren en de stofwisseling van de
intensiteit moet er drastisch worden verminderd gedurende de laatste 5 ~ 10 minuten.
Stretchen is ook nuttig voor de preventie van spierpijn.

Zelfs na een korte periode van regelmatig oefenen zult u merken dat u constant de
weerstand dient te verhogen om een optimale hartslag te bereiken. De eenheden zullen
steeds gemakkelijker worden en u zult zich een stuk fitter voelen tijdens uw normale dag.
