8.1 ClearVue-pakket

Het ClearVue-pakket bestaat uit vier toepassingen waarmee u

verschillende soorten documenten kunt weergeven, zoals Word-

documenten, Powerpoint-presentaties, Excel-werkbladen en Acrobat-

pdf-bestanden. Het ClearVue-pakket bestaat uit:

• ClearVue Presentation (voor het weergeven van PowerPoint-

bestanden)

• ClearVue Worksheet (voor het weergeven van Excel-bestanden)

• ClearVue Document (voor het weergeven van Word-bestanden)

• ClearVue PDF (voor het weergeven van Acrobat-/pdf-bestanden)

Opmerking Niet alle lettertypen, kleuren, functies en versies van de bureau-

bladversies van PowerPoint, Word, Excel en Acrobat worden onder-

steund, maar de weergave in ClearVue komt heel dicht in de buurt.

ClearVue Presentation

ClearVue Presentation is een compleet weergaveprogramma voor

PowerPoint-presentaties. Met ClearVue Presentation kunt u de

oorspronkelijke presentatie compleet met animaties en overgangen

weergeven.

Opmerking ClearVue Presentation ondersteunt alleen Powerpoint-bestanden

die zijn gemaakt met Office 97 of hoger.

Een presentatiebestand openen

1. Klik op File (Bestand) > Open (Openen) en zoek een bestand

met de extensie .ppt of .pps.

2. Klik op Open (Openen).

De weergave wijzigen

Met ClearVue Presentation kunt u de presentatie op drie manieren

weergeven. Klik op V

iew (Weergeven) en selecteer Normal (Normaal),

Slide Sorter (Dia-overzicht) of Notes (Opmerkingen).

• Normal (Normaal). Eén grote afbeelding van de huidige dia met

daaronder miniaturen van de andere dia’

s in de presentatie.

• Slide Sorter (Dia-overzicht). Dia’s worden weergegeven als

miniaturen.

• Notities. Eventuele notities bij dia’s weergeven die zijn opgeslagen

in de oorspronkelijke presentatie.
