5. La garanzia si applica solo previo esibi-

zione della prova di acquisto originale

datata, ed a condizioni che non siano

state apportate modifiche alla stessa.

6. La garanzia non si applica ai danni cau-

sati da negligenza o da un utilizzo o

manipolazione non conforme alle istru-

zioni per l’uso.

7. Le spese di spedizione ed i rischi con-

nessi al trasporto dell’apparecchio o di

sue componenti sono a carico dell’ac-

quirente in tutti i casi.

8. I danni causati dal non avere utilizzato i

ricambi di tipo adatto non sono coperti

dalla garanzia.
