The benefits to the consumer given by this express warranty are in addition to other rights
and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which this
warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure and for
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled

  • My Pure DiscoveR has stopped working, no sign of life, is there something I can do? Submitted on 5-3-2024 at 20:57

  • My DiscovR keeps losing connection to the internet, even though it is definitely connected to the same wifi as the 'phone controlling it. If I try to connect to theDiscovR EF8E5B source (as the alternative setup method) it connects to the wifi but says there is no internet. The router is right next to the speaker, so I cannot understand what the problem is.

    I've tried hard resetting a couple of times - always the same problem. Submitted on 25-11-2022 at 17:08
