Ik kan geen verbinding maken met mijn draadloze netwerk
Controleer of de Contour zich binnen het bereik van uw draadloze router bevindt en of het
apparaat niet buiten het ontvangstsignaal valt.
De status-led knippert wit
De Contour heeft AirPlay als bron geselecteerd, maar heeft geen verbinding met een netwerk.
Zie ‘Instelling van het netwerk’ op pagina 8 voor meer informatie.
De status-led knippert cyaan
Als de status-led op de Contour cyaan knippert, dan is er sprake van een firmwarefout.
Neem contact op met de technische ondersteuning van Pure voor assistentie.
De audio- en netwerkverbinding valt bij steeds weg bij gebruik van wifi
Als u een iPhone, iPod touch of iPad gebruikt, zorg er dan voor dat deze de meest recente
iOS-versie heeft. Als u een Android telefoon gebruikt, adviseren wij dat deze Android-
versie 2.2 of hoger heeft. Uw wifi-verkeer kan worden gestoord door andere netwerken op
hetzelfde kanaal of nabij gelegen kanalen. Raadpleeg de documentatie van uw router of
neem contact op met de ondersteuning van Pure.
