Hints and tips
I cannot connect to my wireless network
Ensure that your Contour is within range of your wireless router and that you are not
located in a dead spot.
The Status LED is flashing white
Your Contour has AirPlay selected as the source but does not currently have a
connection to a network. See ‘Network setup’ on page 8 for more information.
The Status LED is flashing cyan
If the Status LED is flashing cyan, Contour has a firmware error. Contact Pure
technical support for assistance.
The audio and network connection keeps dropping when using Wi-Fi
If using an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, make sure you’re running the latest version of
iOS. If you are using an Android phone, we recommend that you are running Android
version 2.2 or higher. Your Wi-Fi may be congested by other networks on the same
or close by channels. Consult your router documentation or contact Pure support.
