LED rood – continulicht
Accutemperatuur ligt buiten de toelaatbare
grenswaarden.
LED rood – knipperen
Algemene foutindicatie, bijv. geen volledig
contact, kortsluiting, accupack defect, etc.
5.3 Wandbevestiging
Het oplaadapparaat BC 3 beschikt aan de
achterzijde over twee langgaten. Het kan met
behulp van twee schroeven (bijv. halfronde
of vlakkopschroeven met schachtdiameter
5 mm) aan een wand worden opgehangen.
Schroef hiervoor de beide schroeven op een
afstand van 96 mm zo ver in de wand dat
de schroefkop nog ca. 4 mm van de wand
afstaat.
6 Instellingen aan de
machine
► Machine mag alleen in ruststand worden
ingesteld en de instellingen worden ge-
registreerd (geaccepteerd) pas na het
opnieuw aanzetten van de machine.
6.1 Draairichting omschakelen
Met de rechts/links schakelaar [1-3] kan de
draairichting worden ingesteld.
Schakelaar van rechts naar links = rechts-
loop;
schakelaar van links naar rechts = links-
loop.
7 Gereedschapopname
vanuit opslag
Bithouder
Bithouder maakt een snelle wisseling van
bits mogelijk.
LET OP
Bij gereedschapwisseling bestaat ge-
vaar voor snijwonden!
► Draag beschermende handschoenen!
Montage van bithouder
AUTO / MAN schakelaar [1-4] in positie MAN
zetten. Bithouder [4-2] tot de aanslag in
de zeskantige opening van de spil [4-4]
inzetten.
Span de bit [4-3] in de houder vast.
Daarna op de overbrengingskast de diepte-
aanslag zetten, zoals onder punt 8.2 staat
omschreven.
Demontage van bithouder
Haal de diepteaanslag af volgens beschrij-
ving onder punt 8.2. Trek de houder met
kracht uit de opening van de spil.
Bit wisselen
Voor de wisseling van de bit [1-6] kunt u
de diepteaanslag [1-5] gebruiken. De diep-
teaanslag op de bit zetten (zie afb. [4 b]).
Door de diepteaanslag met bit te klemmen
en gelijktijdig te trekken kan de bit uitge-
trokken worden. Zet daarna in de houder
een nieuwe bit.
8 Ingebruikname en
bedrijf
8.1 Aan- en uitzetten
De machine kan op verschillende wijze wor-
den aangezet:
a) Met de schakelaar [1-3] de rechtsloop
van de machine instellen.
De schakelaar [1-4] in positie MAN zetten.
Om de machine aan te zetten de schakelaar
[1-2] inschakelen en gelijktijdig met de bit
tegen de schroef aandrukken.
Met de schakelaar [1-2] kan het toerental
traploos worden geregeld.
LET OP
Door de schakelaar [1-2] enkel in te
drukken wordt de machine niet aan-
gezet – het is geen machinegebrek!
LET OP
Na het inschroeven tot de gewenste
diepte schakelt de machine zelf uit!
b) Met de schakelaar [1-3] de rechtsloop
van de machine instellen.
De schakelaar [1-4] in positie AUTO zetten.
Om de machine aan te zetten de bit tegen
de schroef aan te drukken. De schakelaar
[1-2] hoeft niet te worden ingeschakeld.
Het maximale toerental wordt automatisch
ingesteld.
