Tijdens het USER 1 –2 programma:
A. Het TIME (tijd) scherm zal knipperen. Gebruik de speedknoppen
om de tijd in te stellen, en druk op ENTER om deze te
bevestigen.
B. Het DISTANCE (afstand) scherm zal knipperen. Gebruik de
speedknoppen om de afstand in te stellen, en druk op ENTER om
deze te bevestigen.
C. Het CALORIES (calorieën) scherm zal knipperen. Druk op enter
om deze waarde te bevestigen.
D. De eerste kolom van het led matrix scherm zal knipperen.
Gebruik de speedknoppen om de gewenste snelheid in te stellen
en druk op ENTER om deze te bevestigen.
E. De tweede kolom van het led matrix scherm zal knipperen.
Gebruik de speedknoppen om de gewenste snelheid in te stellen
en druk op ENTER om deze te bevestigen. Herhaal deze stappen
totdat een heel programma gecreëerd is.
F. Druk op START om te beginnen met trainen. De ingestelde tijd
zal gaan aftellen.
Net als in de manual mode, kunt u wanneer u geen waarde in wilt
stellen, gewoon op de START knop drukken om te beginnen met
trainen. De tijd zal gaan optellen vanaf 00:00.
In elk geval kunt u de veiligheidssleutel verwijderen om de
loopband te laten stoppen en alle functies en schermen daarbij ook
te laten stoppen.
