Indien u het instellen wilt overslaan, kunt u gewoon telkens op

de ENTER knop drukken om te gaan naar de volgende functie.

Zonder een waarde ingesteld te hebben, zal deze gaan optellen

vanaf de nul. U bent niet verplicht om al deze functies van

tevoren in te stellen voordat u gaat trainen. U kunt er één, twee

of allemaal kiezen om in te stellen.

Wanneer u geen enkele functie wilt instellen kunt u simpelweg

op de START/STOP knop drukken om te beginnen met trainen.
