Bremse
1. Lösen Sie die beiden Schrauben

(Abb. K) des Bremssattels mit einem 5 mm-Innensechs-
kant-Schlüssel soweit, bis sich der Bremssattel bewegen lässt.
2. Ziehen Sie den Bremshebel der einzustellenden Bremse bis zum Anschlag und halten Sie
diese Position fest.
3. Befestigen den Bremssattel, indem Sie die beiden Schrauben

(Abb. K) mit einem 5 mm-
Innensechskant-Schlüssel festziehen.
4. Lassen Sie den Bremshebel los. Die Scheibenbremse ist somit eingestellt.
Bremsbelag wechseln
1. Lösen Sie die beiden Schrauben
1
(Abb. Q) des Brems-
sattels mit einem 5 mm-Innensechskant-Schlüssel.
2. Nehmen Sie den Bremssattel
2
(Abb. Q) von der Brems-
scheibe ab.
3. Biegen Sie das gekrümmte Ende des Sicherungssplintes
1
(Abb. R) gerade. Verwenden Sie hierzu ein geeig-
netes Werkzeug (z. B. Zange).
4. Ziehen Sie den Sicherungssplint
1
(Abb. R) heraus.
5. Ziehen Sie die Bremsbeläge
2
(Abb. R) aus dem Brems-
sattel heraus.
6. Setzen Sie die neuen Bremsbeläge in den Bremssattel
ein.
7. Führen Sie den Sicherungssplint
1
(Abb. R) wieder ein
und biegen Sie das offene Ende so um, dass sich der
Splint nicht aus der Halterung lösen kann. Verwenden
Sie hierfür ein geeignetes Werkzeug (z. B. Zange).
8. Befestigen Sie den Bremssattel, indem Sie die beiden
Schrauben

(Abb. Q) mit einem 5 mm-Innensechskant-
Schlüssel festziehen.
9. Betätigen Sie mehrmals die entsprechende Bremse, um die neuen Bremsbeläge im
Bremssattel zu zentrieren. Falls noch Schleifgeräusche auftreten, stellen Sie die Bremse
wie im Kapitel „Scheibenbremse einstellen“ beschrieben ein.

Tauschen Sie die Bremsbeläge aus, sobald die Stärke unter
0,5 mm liegt. Die Bremsleistung kann sonst bis zum völligen
Bremskraftverlust nachlassen und auch die Bremsanlage
beschädigen. Unfall- und Beschädigungsgefahr!
