Die Untersuchung der Störung und Ihrer Ursachen erfolgt stets durch unseren Kundendienst und umfasst:

Ersatzteillieferungen für die Reparaturarbeiten im Rahmen der Gewährleistung

●

Reparatur oder Austausch des defekten Bauteils

Ersatzteile gehen in unser Eigentum über.

Bei berechtigtem Gewährleistungsanspruch gehen die Kosten des Versandes und die Kosten des Aus-

und Ein baus zu unseren Lasten. Durch Vorlage der Kaufquittung ist der Gewährleistungsanspruch nach-

zuweisen.

3. Der Käufer verpﬂ ichtet sich, das gekaufte E-Bike zu keinem anderen als in der Bedienungsanleitung vor-

gesehenen Zweck zu benutzen (vgl. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung).

4. Wenn das E-Bike von Dritten oder durch Einbau fremder Teile verändert worden ist bzw. eingetretene

Mängel in ursprünglichem Zusammenhang mit der Veränderung stehen, erlischt der Gewährleistungs-an-

spruch. Ferner erlischt der Gewährleistungsanspruch, wenn die Vorschriften über die Behandlung des

E-

Bikes (Bedienungsanleitung) nicht befolgt worden sind.

5. Nicht eingeschlossen in die Gewährleistung sind:

Verbrauchsmaterial, das nicht in Zusammenhang mit Reparaturarbeiten an anerkannten Störungen steht.

●

alle Wartungsarbeiten oder sonstige Arbeit, die durch Abnutzung, Unfall oder Betriebsbedingungen

so wie Fahren unter Nichtbeachtung der Herstellerangaben entstehen.

●

alle Vorkommnisse, wie Geräuschentwicklung, Schwingungen, Abnutzung usw., die die Fahrzeuggrund-

und Fahreigenschaften nicht beeinträchtigen.
