y Non tutti i file JPEG sono compatibili. Aprire i file nel computer e salvarli in JPEG e cercare di riprodurli nell'apparecchio.
y Controllare se si usano memory card compatibili.
Se l'immagine è distorta o non viene riprodotta correttamente
y Andare al menù d'impostazione delle foto e cambiare la modalità in modo che corrisponda a quella delle foto, a schermo
intero o standard.
Se la visualizzazione sembra lenta
y Usare una risoluzione d'immagine più bassa.
