Before connecting the appliance, check if the voltage indicated on the rating label
on the bottom of the appliance corresponds with the mains voltage in your home, if
it doesn’t, do not use the appliance.
Do not place the appliance on a hot surface such as on a cooker or in an oven.
To fill the water reservoir use fresh tap water only.
BEFORE USING YOUR COFFEE MAKER FOR THE FIRST TIME
Make sure the coffee maker is switched off.
1. Open the lid of water reservoir.
2. Fill the water reservoir with fresh water. DO NOT USE COFFEE.
3. Close the lid of water reservoir securely in order for the brew cycle to begin.
4. Insert the mains plug into the wall socket and switch the appliance on by
pressing the on / off switch. The light in the switch goes on.
5. Switch the appliance off when all the water is in the carafe.
6. Let the appliance cool down for about 5 minutes. Repeat the process 2 or 3
more time for a perfect taste.
MAKEING COFFEE
1. Plug the appliance into the wall socket.
2. Open the lid of water reservoir.
3. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water.
The markings on the water window indicate level of water required to
brew the desired number of cups.
To avoid overflow, do not fill the reservoir past the Max line.
4. Close the lid of water reservoir.
5. Place the carafe securely onto warming plate.
6. Open the filter holder by pivoting the filter holder tab from right to left.
7. Take out the filter basket and fill it with the desired quantity of ground coffee.
For large cups take 5-6g of ground coffee for each cup.
8. Insert the filter basket into the filter holder.
9. Close the filter holder.
