1.Place the scale on a flat, stable surface.
2.Place a container (not supplied) on the center
of the weighing area of the scale.
3.Press the scale by hand and wait until the
display shows 0.
4.Repeatedly press the MODE button until the
milk or water mode indicator appears
on the display.
5.Pour liquid into the container. The display will
show liquid volume.
6.To view the weight of the liquid, repeately
press the MODE button until the weight mode
indicator appears on the display.

weighing area of the scale.
3.Press the scale by hand and wait until the
display shows 0 before you start weighing.
• Make sure the scale is in weight mode. if not,
repleatedly press the MODE button until the
weight mode indicator appears on the
display.
4.Put ingredients to be weighed onto the center
of the weighing area of the scale or in the
bowl (not supplied).
5.The display will show the weight reading.

If you add multiple items to the scale at one time to get a total weight, you can
identify the value of a single item by using the minus function.
1. Place items to the center of the weighing area of the scale.
• The display will show the total weight.
2. Press ZERO to reset the display to 0.
3. Remove an item.
• The display will show the weight of the removed item with the minus function
indicator .
4. Press ZERO to see the weight of any remaining items.
5. Repeat steps above as needed.
1.Place a container (not supplied) on the center of the weighing area of the
scale and press the scale by hand.
2.Place the first item in the bowl.
• The display will show the weight reading of the first item.
3.Without removing the item, press ZERO to reset the display to 0.
4.Depending on the weight of the item, you will see the Zero indicator or
the Tare indicator on the display.
5.With the first item still in place, add the next item in the container.
• The display will show the weight of that item.
6.Press ZERO to see the total weight of the two items.
7.Press ZERO again to reset the display to 0.
8.Repeat the steps above until all items have been added. Do not exceed the
maximum weight capacity of the scale.
Zero & Tare Functiont
Minus Function
To measure items as they are added, use the Zero and Tare Functions. If the
weight of the items being measured is below 4% of the scale’s capacity, the Zero
function is used. If the weight of the item exceeds 4% of the scale’s capacity, the
Tare function is used.
Capacity is 8kg, 4% = 320g
