Rozmrazovanie zmrazeného jedla:

1. Rúru je možné použiť na rozmrazovanie zmrazených potravín. (Vždy je

nutné odstrániť všetky kovové spony a obaly).

2. Pokyny na rozmrazovanie potravín nájdete v tomto návode.

3. Časti potravín, ktoré sa rozmrazujú rýchlejšie, prikryte malým kusom

alobalu. Tým spomalíte proces rozmrazovania alebo ho celkom zastavíte.

4. Niektoré jedlá by sa nemali pred varením úplne rozmraziť. Napríklad ryby

sú veľmi rýchlo hotové a preto je vhodnejšie ich pred začatím prípravy

nerozmrazovať.

5. Pri varení niektorých jedál bude možno potrebné znižovať či zvyšovať

teplotu v závislosti od počiatočnej teploty pokrmu.



Poznámka: Vzduch, ktorý vychádza z otvorov počas varenia, môže byť teplý.
