Bake kaker
Ikke åpne ovnsdøren før 3/4 av
steketiden er gått.
Hvis du bruker to stekebrett samtidig,
må du la ett nivå skille dem.
Tilberedning av fisk og kjøtt
Bruk en grill - /stekepanne som er
beregnet på svært fet mat for å forhindre
at ovnen får permanente flekker.
La kjøttet hvile i ca. 15 minutter før du
skjærer, slik at kraften ikke siver ut.
For å unngå for mye røyk i ovnen under
steking, tilsetter du litt vann i grill - /
stekepannen. For å unngå røykkondens,
tilsett vann hver gang vannet tørker opp.
