Het kan gebeuren dat uw oven anders
bakt of braadt dan het apparaat dat u
vroeger had. Pas de instellingen
(temperatuur, kooktijden) en de rekstand
die u gewoon was aan volgens de
waarden in de tabellen.
De fabrikant raadt u aan de eerste keer
een lagere temperatuur in te stellen.
Als u geen concrete aanwijzingen kunt
vinden voor een speciaal recept, kijkt u
bij een soortgelijk product.
Bij het bereiden van cake op meerdere
niveaus kan de baktijd ca. 10 - 15
minuten langer zijn.
Als het gebak niet overal even hoog is,
wordt het gebak in het begin van het
bakproces niet overal even bruin.
Verander in dit geval de
temperatuurinstelling niet. De verschillen
verminderen tijdens het bakproces.
Bij langere baktijden kunt u de oven ca.
10 minuten voor het einde van de baktijd
uitschakelen en profiteren van de
restwarmte.
