• Donnez les piles défectueuses ou vides à votre dépôt local

13.11 Entretien :

• Nettoyez le téléphone seulement avec un torchon humide et

n’utilisez jamais des produits d’entretien chimiques. Il faut dé-

brancher l’adaptateur et le ﬁ l téléphonique pendant le nettoy-

age.

14 PROBLEMES POSSIBLES ET

SOLUTIONS

14.1 Problèmes avec les appels reçus :

• Les appels reçus ne sont pas annoncés :

- la sonnerie a été désactivée ; activez-la (par. 10.3)

- contrôlez la connexion entre la base et le branchement télé-

phonique (en cas de doute, branchez un autre téléphone au

branchement téléphonique)

• Votre ligne téléphonique est toujours occupée :

- contrôlez si un de vos autres téléphones n’a pas été bien

raccroché

- contrôlez si un deuxième combiné branché à la base

n’occupe pas la ligne

- contrôlez si la fonction ‘RACCROC AUTO n’a pas été désac-

tivée et la connexion n’est alors pas interrompue quand vous

remettez le combiné sur la base ou dans le chargeur ( voyez

paragraphe 10.12)

- branchez un autre téléphone sur le branchement téléphoni-

que et vériﬁ ez si l’interruption se trouve dans votre téléphone

ou dans votre branchement ou chez votre entreprise télé-

phonique
