13 PROBLEMES POSSIBLES ET

SOLUTIONS

13.1 Problèmes avec les appels reçus :

• Les appels reçus ne sont pas annoncés :

- la sonnerie a été désactivée ; activez-la (par. 11.3)

- contrôlez la connexion entre la base et le branchement télé-

phonique (en cas de doute, branchez un autre téléphone au

branchement téléphonique)

• Votre ligne téléphonique est toujours occupée :

- contrôlez si un de vos autres téléphones n’a pas été bien

raccroché

- contrôlez si un deuxième combiné branché à la base

n’occupe pas la ligne

- contrôlez si la fonction Raccrocher automatiquement n’a pas

été désactivée et la connexion n’est alors pas interrompue

quand vous remettez le combiné sur la base ou dans le char

geur (voyez paragraphe 11.12)

- branchez un autre téléphone sur le branchement téléphonique

et vériﬁ ez si l’interruption se trouve dans votre téléphone ou

dans votre branchement ou chez votre entreprise téléphonique

13.2 Problèmes avec les appels à l’extérieur :

• Vous n’entendez pas le ton de choix :

- contrôlez le branchement entre la base et votre connexion

téléphonique. En cas de doute, branchez un autre téléphone

sur votre connexion téléphonique

• Le clavier ne réagit pas :

- vous avez activé le blocage des touches ; désactivez-le (para

graphe 5.7)
