PROPRES TEXTES D'ANNONCES :
Il vous est possible de remplacer les textes d'annonces préprogrammés par vos
propres textes, chacun avec une longueur de 60 secondes au maximum.
Enregistrement propres textes d'annonce :
1. assurez vous que la fonction réponse est branchée (voir à la
page 26)
2. appuyez la touche brièvement et sélectionnez le bon texte
d'annonce (OGM-1 ou OGM-2)
si l'écran vous montre ' ' et si vous entendez OGM-1, la
fonction 'texte d'annonce + enregistrement message' est
branchée, après le texte d'annonce, l'écran montre un chiffre
si l'écran vous montre ' ' et si vous entendez OGM-2, la
fonction 'seulement texte d'annonce' est branchée, après le
texte d'annonce l'écran montre ' '
Vous pouvez alterner entre ces 2 textes d'annonces en appuyant la touche
brièvement
3. appuyez la touche OGM et tenez la jusqu'après 2 secondes
vous entendez un bib et l'écran s'éclaircira en montrant une
cassette tournante, lâchez la touche OGM maintenant
4. introduisez votre texte d'annonce dans le haut-parleur, la longueur ne peut
pas surpasser les 60 secondes
5. si le texte d'annonce n'est plus de 60 secondes, appuyez alors
la touche pour terminer l'enregistrement, vous entendez un
bib et le texte que vous venez d'enregistrer sera jouer pour
contrôle
conseils et remarques
- faites un texte bref et fort
- écrivez votre texte d'abord sur papier et lisez-le pendant l'enregistrement
- parlez calme et avec un volume de voix normal
- avec l'OGM-1, vous pouvez inviter le correspondant à laisser un message
après le bib ; l'OGM-2 donnera seulement un message aux correspondants
quand la mémoire est pleine, l'OGM-2 sera joué également
OGM
