4 naranjas de zumo
1 pieza de jengibre fresco (3 cm)
1 pizca de pimiento rojo
2 cucharadas de sirope de arce
1 manojo de cilantro
1 lima
1 cucharada de aceite colza
- pimienta fresca molida
- rodajas de lima para decoración
Preparación:
Pele las zanahorias y cocínelas en agua con un
pocodesalaproximadamentedurante30minu-
tos.Luegoséquelasydejeenfriar.Exprimalas
naranjas y hasta obtener 250 ml de zumo. Pele el
jengibre y rállelo. Bata las zanahorias, el zumo de
naranja, el jengibre, el pimiento rojo, y el sirope de
arce junto en la batidora de frutas y deje enfriar la
mezcla.Limpieelcilantro,séquelo,arranqueunas
hojas.Exprimalalima.Remuevaelcilantro,1a2
cucharadas del zumo de lima, y aceite. Vierta el
batido de zanahorias en los vasos y añada un poco
de cilantro. Eche sal y pimienta al gusto y sirva. Si
lo desea, decore con una rodaja de lima.
Batido de kiwi y manzana
Vasos: 4
Ingredientes:
1pieza.(aprox.40g)jengibrefresco
4 kiwis
150 g pepino
2 manzanas Granny Smith (ácidas)
5 a 6 hojas de menta
250 ml zumo de manzana claro
Hielo picado
Preparación:
Pele el jengibre y rállelo. Pele el kiwi y córtelos en
piezas. Pele el pepino y las manzanas, retire las
pepitas y corte en pedacitos pequeños. Lave las
hojasdementayséquelas.Mezcleenlabatidora
de frutas junto con el zumo de manzana. Junto
con el hielo picado, vierta en los cuatro vasos
inmediatamente.
