Pour ajouter des aliments dans l’appareil (en
cas d’utilisation du récipient mélangeur)
Vouspouvezrajouterdesarticlesàmixeroudes
épicesàtraversl’ouverturedanslecouvercle.
• N’oubliezpasd’abordd’arrêterl’appareil.
• Avantderemettrel’appareilenmarche,fermer
l’ouverture.
Arrêter l’appareil
1. Tournez le bouton sur la position “0”.
2. Attendezqueleslamess’arrêtenttotalement.
3. Débranchezlecâbledelaprisedecourant.
4. Retirezlerécipientavecleporte-lames.Unpetit
tourdanslesensinversedesaiguillesd’une
montre suffit.
5. a) Ôtez le couvercle pour verser le contenu.
b) Retournezlerécipientàsmoothieetrempla-
cez le porte-lames par le couvercle (8).
NOTE :
Neconservezjamaisdejusd’agrumesoud’ali-
mentsacidesdansdesrécipientsmétalliques.

Ingrédients :
200 g de framboises
150gdeyaourtaulaitécrémé
100decrèmefouettée
50 g de sucre en poudre
Préparation :
Mélangezlesframboisesetleyaourtdans
l’appareilàsmoothie.Incorporezlacrèmeliquide.
Saupoudrez de sucre et versez dans les verres.
Garnissezdeframboisesfraîches.

Verres : 4
Ingrédients :
1 mangue mûre
300 g de fraises
2c.àsoupedesiropdemangue
2c.àsoupedesiropdecanneberges
200 ml de boisson au soja et calcium avec vanille
Préparation :
Pelezlamangueetdécoupezlapulpelelongdu
noyau. Pesez 250 g de pulpe. Rincez bien les
fraisesettamponnez-les.Mettezdecôté4fraises
etlerestedemangue.Coupezlesautresfraises
etlamanguepeséeenpetitsmorceaux.Mélangez
lesfruits,lesdeuxsiropsetlaboissonausoja
danslamachineàsmoothie.Coupezlerestede
mangueendés,incorporez-lesetmettez-lesdans
lecongélateurpendantaumoins2heures.Versez
la boisson dans les verres et garnissez de fraises.
