ditional parts which move during operation, the
device must be switched off and cut off from
the mains.
• Donottouchmovingparts.
• Beforereplacingaccessoryparts,waituntilthe
knife has stopped.
• Alwayscheckthattheaccessoriesareseated
solidly and securely before switching the
device on.
• Donotoperatetheapplianceformorethan
2 minutes. Allow it to cool for around 1 minute
before using it again.

This device is used for

chocolate.

similar applications.
It is only to be used as instructed in this user
manual. The appliance is not intended for com-
mercial use.

use and can lead to material damage or even

Unpacking the appliance
1. Remove the device from its packaging.
2. Remove all packaging materials like foils, filling
materials, cable holders, and carton packaging.
3. Check the scope of deliveries for completeness.
NOTE:
There may still be dust or production remains on
the device. We recommend that you clean the
device as described under “Cleaning”.

Assembly
Assemble the blade block (see Fig A und B)
1. Turnthemixingjugonitshead.
2. Place the blade block onto the seal on the base
ofthejug.Thedrivewheelpointsoutwards.
3. Put the screw mount onto the thread on the
baseofthemixingjug.
4. Left-handed thread! Turn the screw mount
anti-clockwise.
