Voorbereiding
Let hiervoor ook op onze overzichten op pagina 3
en 74 .
1. Opendehoudervoorhetschroefhuismetde
schroef (4) aan het apparaat.
2. Plaats het schroefhuis (5) met de vulopening
naar boven in de schroefaandrijving en draai de
schroef met de klok mee weer vast.
3. Plaats het vulblad zodanig op de vulopening dat
de houder van het blad zich boven het motor-
blok bevindt.
4. Schuif de schroef (7) in het horizontale gedeelte
van het schroefhuis totdat de as mechanisch
inklikt.
Zie verder onder “Montage van de vleeswolf”, het
“Kebbe”-hulpstuk, het worsthulpstuk of het koekjes-
hulpstuk.
Montage van de vleeswolf
• Letopdeafbeeldingenbij“A”(Pagina74).
• Voerdestappen1-4uitzoalsonder“Voorbe-
reiding” beschreven staat.
5. Bevestig het mes met de scherpe kant naar
buiten op de as van de spiraal.
6. Kies een zeef (9).
OPMERKING:
De geleidingen aan de zeef bevinden zich in de
uitsparingen aan de schroefgang.
7. Draai de vergrendelring met de klok mee.
8. Plaats de vleesstukken op het vultablet (1) en in
de vulaansluiting.

Bevestig het worstaccessoire
• Letopdeafbeeldingenbij“B”(Pagina74).
• Gaeersttewerkzoalsonder“Voorbereiding”
en “Montage van de vleeswolf” punt 1 tot 6,
beschreven staat.
7. Bevestig het worstaccessoire op de spiraalbe-
huizing.
8. Draai de vergrendelring met de klok mee.
9. Vul de worstmassa op het vulblad en in de
vulopening.
Zie onder “Elektrische aansluiting/Bedieningsin-
structies”.
Bevestig het “Kebbe” accessoire
OPMERKING:
Slierten vlees of deeg kunnen worden gemaakt
met het “Kebbe” accessoire.
• Letopdeafbeeldingenbij“C”(Pagina74).
• Voerdestappen1-4uitzoalsonder“Voorbe-
reiding” beschreven staat.
5. Plaats het 2-delige Kebbe accessoire op de as
van de spiraal.
OPMERKING:
De geleiders voor de accessoires bevinden zich
in de inspringing op de spiraalbehuizing.
6. Draai de vergrendelring met de klok mee.
7. Leg de vlees- of deegpasta op het vultablet en
in de vulaansluiting.

Bevestig het koekjesaccessoire
OPMERKING:
U kunt met deze accessoire het voorbewerkte
deeg diverse vormen geven. Dit is met name
handig voor spritskoeken

• Voerdestappen1-4uitzoalsonder“Voorbe-
reiding” beschreven staat.
5. Plaats eerst de schijf op de verlenging van de
spiraalas.
OPMERKING:
De geleiders bevinden zich in de inspringing op
de spiraalbehuizing.
6. Bevestig dan de vormgevende schijf.
7. Draai de vergrendelring met de klok mee.
8. Schuif de rail (14) door de gleuf van de vorm-
schijf.
