NOTE of lifetime rechargeable battery
You can extent the lifetime of the rechargeable battery by following these steps:
• Only charge after the battery is nearly exhausted.
• Do not charge for more than 12 hours.
• Charge the appliance at temperatures between 0 ° and + 40 °C.
Using the Appliance
Switching On and Off
Slide the switch (3) to turn the appliance on or off.
Putting On and Taking Off the Attachments
WARNING:
Always switch the appliance off before you t attachments or accessories!
• You can take off an attachment by turning it anticlockwise and pulling it off.
• When putting on an attachment, please pay attention to the marks on the attach-
ment and the appliance. Put on the attachment and turn it clockwise until it clicks
into place.
• To put the comb attachment (10) onto the beard / hair trimmer (9), do the follow-
ing: Slide the blades of the shaving head into the spikes of the comb attachment.
Press the attachment onto the shaving head tightly. It must audibly clicks into
place.
• To remove the comb attachment, press the catch lock until it disengages.
• To attach the long hair attachment (11) to the body hair trimmer (1), align the
small catch with the slot on the body hair trimmer. Push the attachment down until
it clicks into place.
• To remove the long hair attachment, press one of the outer tines up.
CAUTION:
Do not press the middle tines up. They could bend or break off.
Cut Hair and Beard
WARNING: Risk of injury!
Do not press the clipper head of the beard / hair trimmer too rmly onto the skin.
NOTE: Only cut dry hair with this appliance.
