Um den Lat-Turm (9) zu benutzen, befestigen Sie die Lat-
Stange (51) an das Kabel (45) mit einer Kabelklemme.

GEWICHTSHALTERUNG
Um den Lat-Turm (9) zu benutzen, schieben Sie die
gewünschte Gewichtsanzahl (nicht inbefriffen) auf das
Gewichtsrohr (39) auf der Gewichtshalterung (37).
BEFESTIGUNG DER GEWICHTE AN DEN BEINHEBEL
Um den Beinhebel zu benützen, schieben Sie die
gewünschte Gewichtsanzahl auf das Gewichtsrohr (39).
ACHTUNG: Geben Sie nicht mehr als 50 kg auf die
Gewichtshalterung.
ACHTUNG: Geben Sie nicht mehr als 50 kg auf den
Beinhebel.
