Als uw hartslag is gevonden zal het hartsymbooltje
in het scherm met elke hartslag knipperen, een of
twee streepjes zullen verschijnen en uw hartslag
wordt aangegeven. Houd u de contacten min-
stens 15 seconden lang vast voor de meest
nauwkeurige hartslagwaarde.
Als de display uw hartslag niet weergeeft, zorg er
dan voor dat u uw handen zoals beschreven op de
juiste wijze geplaatst heeft. Zorg ervoor dat u uw
handen niet te veel beweegt of houd de contacten
niet te stevig vast. Maak voor optimale werking,
de contactpunten schoon met een zachte doek;
gebruik nooit alcohol, schuur- of chemische
middelen om de contacten schoon te maken.
6. Het bedieningspaneel zal automatisch uitgaan
wanneer u klaar bent met uw oefening.
Indien de pedalen enkele seconden niet bewegen
is een serie geluidjes te horen, zal het bedie-
ningspaneel pauzeren en zal de tijd op het display
knipperen.
Als de pedalen een paar minuten lang niet bewe-
gen zal het bedieningspaneel uitgaan en zal de
display zich resetten.
Aandacht: het bedieningspaneel heeft een
demo-instelling, die ontworpen is voor als de
elliptische trainer in een winkel geëtaleerd wordt.
Wanneer de demo-instelling aangezet wordt
zal het bedieningspaneel een vooraf ingestelde
presentatie laten zien. Om de demo-instelling
