Hello , the oven only cook the upper part of bread and cakes : 10089

Hello , the oven only cook the upper part of bread and cakes . But the lower part remains raw ,so I have to give away the lower part of bread when the upper part cooked . I tried all manuals of this oven ,but the same result ,please help me
