Backen / Überbacken - Tabelle
Beachten Sie bitte, dass es sich bei den
Garzeiten um Richtwerte handelt, die je
nach Beschaffenheit der Lebensmittel va-
riieren können.
Verwenden Sie mikrowellengeeignete
Backformen und Geschirr und stellen Sie
diese zusammen mit dem niedrigen
Rost auf den Drehteller.
Kuchen mit hohem Mehlanteil im Heißluft-
betrieb ohne Mikrowelle backen.
Lassen Sie vor allem Aufläufe und Gratins
noch 3 bis 5 Min. nachgaren, damit sich
die Temperatur gleichmäßig verteilen
kann.
Zum Backen und Überbacken können
auch das Kuchen/Brot- oder Pizza/Auf-
lauf-Programm verwendet werden (siehe
hierzu Seite 42ff).
Benutzen Sie Topflappen, wenn Sie das
heiße Gefäß oder den Rost heraus-
nehmen.
