• Vul het apparaat nooit via de tuit.
6 Schroef de afsluitdop stevig op de
vulopening.
7 Zet de watertank terug op het
vernevelapparaat. Een
vlottermechanisme in het
vernevelapparaat zorgt er nu voor dat
water uit de watertank gecontroleerd in
het waterreservoir terecht komt.
8 Zet de tuit terug op de watertank en
richt de tuit in de gewenste richting.
9 Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
10 Draai de keuzeschakelaar naar de
gewenste stand.
Normaal gebruikt u (koud
vernevelen). Kies voor (warm
vernevelen) als u versneld wilt
vernevelen of als de
omgevingstemperatuur laag is.
Het indicatielampje I/O gaat aan ten
teken dat het apparaat werkt. Het
indicatielampje gaat aan als het
verwarmingselement is ingeschakeld.
Zet het apparaat niet aan als er geen
water in de watertank zit.
11 Stel de gewenste capaciteit in met de
capaciteitsregelaar. Het apparaat kan
maximaal ca. 300 ml water per uur
vernevelen.
12 Als het indicatielampje en/of het I/O
indicatielampje knippert, dan moet u de
watertank opnieuw vullen met water.
Zet het apparaat dan uit, haal de
stekker uit het stopcontact en volg
opnieuw de stappen 2 t/m 10.
Als het indicatielampje en/of het I/O
indicatielampje knippert, en u vult de
tank niet opnieuw met water, dan zal het
apparaat automatisch uitschakelen en
zullen de indicatielampjes uit gaan.
Onderhoud
en reinigen
• Reinig het apparaat wekelijks.
• Ververs dagelijks het water in het
apparaat, ook als u het apparaat weinig
gebruikt. Als dit niet wordt gedaan, dan
kunnen er bacteriën in het water
groeien die bij verneveling schadelijk
kunnen zijn.
• In gebieden met hard water kan zich
kalk in het apparaat afzetten. Reinig het
apparaat in dat geval regelmatig, in het
bijzonder de vernevelaar.
• Zorg dat het apparaat niet is
aangesloten op het stopcontact als u
het gaat schoonmaken.
• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in
water.
• Let op dat er geen vocht bij de
elektrische delen van het apparaat
komt.
• Gebruik geen agressieve of schurende
schoonmaakmiddelen of scherpe
voorwerpen (zoals messen of harde
borstels) bij het reinigen.
Uitwendig reinigen
1 Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
2 Reinig de buitenzijde van het apparaat
met een vochtige doek en een mild
reinigingsmiddel.
3 Droog de buitenzijde af met een
theedoek.
Reinigen van de watertank
1 Vul de watertank met warm water en
een paar druppels afwasmiddel.
2 Sluit de watertank af met de afsluitdop
en schud de watertank goed.
3 Laat het sop weglopen en spoel de
watertank drie keer met koud water.
