2. Aqueça um fio de azeite e frite as cebolinhas picadas. Acrescente em seguida o sumo de tomate e deixe
apurar bem. Corte os tomates em rodelas finas, bem como o pimento amarelo e as azeitonas pretas e junte
ao molho. Junte as ervas picadas. Tempere a gosto com pimenta e sal.
3. Coza a polpa do limão-galego em água temperada com sal e um fio de azeite.
4. Sirva a courgette num prato aquecido com a polpa e o molho.
BATIDO DE BANANAS
Ingredientes para 4 pessoas: 4 bananas, 1 colher de sopa de sumo de limão, 50 gr de açúcar, 2 dl de pudim
de baunilha (tipo leite crème) 2 dl de natas, 4 palitos de la Reine e 4 raminhos de groselhas.
Modo de preparação:
1. Tire a casca das bananas. Faça um puré com as bananas no liquidificador juntamente com o sumo
de limão e o açúcar. Deite o puré para dentro de uma taça grande e misture o pudim de baunilha.
2. Bata as natas até ficarem chantilly e misture-as ao puré..
3. Deite a mousse de banana para dentro de 4 copos altos bonitos e ponha-os no frigorífico.
4. Tire a sobremesa do frigorífico antes de servir. Enfeite com um raminho de groselhas e um palito
de la Reine.
PUDIM DE PERAS ASSADAS
Ingredientes para 4 pessoas: 500 gr de peras para assar (que fiquem vermelhas depois de cozer), 2 dl de
vinho tinto, 2 paus de canela, 1 folha de louro, 3 bagas de zimbro, 10 gr de gelatina, 2 dl de natas e 1 dl de
chantilly.
Modo de preparação:
1. Descasque as peras e retire os caroços. Ponha-as com o vinho tinto e água (até ficarem cobertas).
Junte todas as especiarias. Coza bem as peras.
2. Retire as peras do líquido onde cozeram. Guarde 10 peras e faça um puré das peras restantes no
liquidificador. Acrescente eventualmente um pouco do líquido, mas guarde o resto! Derreta a gelatina
em água no micro-ondas. Misture com uma espátula a gelatina derretida com o puré de peras ainda
quente.
3. Bata bem as natas. Corte 5 peras em cubos. Misture o puré de peras e os cubos de peras com o
chantilly. Coloque os palitos de la Reine à volta da forma. Deite a mistura dentro da forma e deixe
solidificar durante cerca de 3 horas.
4. Deite o pudim num prato. Corte as restantes peras em gomos e coloque-as à volta do pudim.
Enfeite com o chantilly.
