The Ceramic Straightener WS is only suitable for use when the hair is dry. Take a section of hair of
approximately 5m width and smooth it out with a comb. Place the hair between the hot plates and close
the tong firmly around the hair. For best results, work from the roots to the tips of the hair. Hold the tong
in position for a few seconds, depending on your hair type. Take the hair out of the tong by loosening the
tong and moving the hair carefully away from the plates.
Note:
- Do not use the appliance when wet.
- Never use the appliance near water.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Remove the plug from the socket and allow the styler to cool for a few minutes.
2. Moisten a soft cloth with a dilute solution of mild detergent in warm water.
3. Use a damp cloth to wipe the appliance and the plates clean.
4. Wipe the appliance dry with a clean dry cloth and store in the original packaging when not in use.
5. Avoid damage and unnecessary wear to the cord by never wrapping it around the appliance.
Always wrap up the cord loosely.

1. Always unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning. Never leave the Princess
Ceramic Straightener WS unattended.
2. If the cord is damaged, do not use the appliance, but send it to our service department for repair.
3. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.
4. This Princess Ceramic Straightener WS is only suitable for household use.
U.K. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
BLUE-neutral
BROWN-LIVE
As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour
markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter N or coloured black.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L
or coloured red.
NEITHER CORE should be connected to the earth terminal of a three pin plug marked with the letter E
or or coloured green and yellow.
With this appliance, if a 13 amp plug is used a 13 amp fuse should be fitted. If any other type of plug is
used a 15 amp fuse must be fitted either in the plug or at the distribution board.

Ceramic Straightener WS à plaques chauffantes céramiques. Cet appareil permet de lisser
les cheveux frisés mais également de donner du ressort et du mouvement aux cheveux
raides en créant des boucles et des vagues. La brosse coiffante est équipée d’un cordon
flexible extra long.
