höger och vänster sida av kniven. I den högra rännan måste kniven tryckas mot den

högra sidan. I den vänstra rännan måste kniven tryckas mot den vänstra rännan.

Smidda tandade knivar slipas endast på den plana sidan. Skärpan hos smidda tandade

knivar är redan vid inköpet inte jämförbar med den hos knivar med plan kant. Bladets

sida kan bara slipas om till absolut skärpa i begränsad utsträckning.

Tandade knipar slipas endast på den tandade sidan. Placera kniven i bladrännan med
