The height can be adjusted by loosening the knob on the stand. Once the correct height has been set
tighten up the knob again.

ASSEMBLING THE FAN
1. Position the rear guard over the motor shaft, ensuring that the notches are correctly aligned and then
secure with the locking nut.
2. Align the fan blade with the flat part on the motor shaft, locate fully and secure by tightening the fan
blade screw fully. The screw should be positioned between the motor housing and the blade.
3. With the help of another person, position the front guard against the rear guard and press the clips so
that it holds both grills together and the screw is at the bottom. Secure by tightening screw and nut.
ASSEMBLING THE STAND
1. Slide the cover plate up the shaft and attach the flange of the outer tube to the base using the nuts and
bolts provided. Check nuts are fully tightened before replacing the cover plate.
2. Unscrew the height adjustment knob, and pull up the inner tube to adjust the height, ensuring that the
knob is fully tightened before proceeding.
3. Position the fan head motor either side as shown on the left figure and insert the tilt control bolt so that
it passes through the square hole of the coupling and the lower hole of inner tube. Fully tighten the
small screw that is already located in the coupling and then fit the knob onto the tilt control bolt and
lightly tighten.
4. Insert the locking screw through the top hole of the coupling, adjust the fan head to the desired position
and firmly tighten screw and the tilt control.
CLEANING
FIRST UNPLUG THE CORD FROM THE SOCKET
The fan can be wiped with a damp cloth now and then. Never use abrasive or aggressive detergents, thus
no scouring powder and no scouring sponges either.
NEVER IMMERSE THE FAN IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.

- Make sure the cord or extension cord is carefully positioned to avoid people tripping
over it.
- If the fan or cord is damaged, we advise you not to use the appliance and to take it to
the shop for repair. Damaged cords may only be replaced by the service department.
- Not to be used outdoors.
- Make sure that the fan is out of the reach of children.
