Fazer o Fondue
Fondue de carne (clássico)
Introduza a quantidade de óleo ou
margarina desejada no tacho. Cuide para
que a carne esteja seca, antes de iniciar o
fondue. Se necessário seque com papel
de cozinha. Regule o aparelho para a
temperatura máxima e comece quando
alcançar esta temperatura.
Fondue chinês (com caldo)
Introduza a quantidade de caldo desejada
no tacho. Regule o aparelho para a
temperatura máxima para levar o caldo a
ferver. Depois regule para a temperatura
média para manter o caldo a ferver.
Fondue de queijo
Para um saboroso fondue de queijo
introduza os tipos de queijo desejados no
tacho e deixe derreter a uma temperatura
baixa. Adicione vinho branco, alho
alourado e alguma pimenta e sal para
temperar a mistura.
Além de pão, também pode utilizar
vegetais crus ou pré-cozidos, como couve-
flor ou brócolos para molhar no fondue de
queijo.
Fondue de chocolate
Para obter um fondue de queijo de
chocolate saboroso, introduza a
quantidade desejada de chocolate no
tacho de fondue e deixe este derreter
lentamente a uma temperatura mínima.
Use fruta ou doces para mergulhar no
chocolate.
Gourmette (Almôndegas)
Para 4 pessoas:
350 gramas de almôndegas pequenas
350 gramas de batatas pré-cozidas em
pequenos blocos
manteiga
Coloque um pouco de manteiga nos
tachinhos e deixe aquecer. Coloque uma
ou mais almôndegas juntamente com os
blocos de batata no tachinho. Grelhe as
almôndegas até alourarem.
Adicione salada e molho a gosto.
