Tips for matlagingen
Fondy
Kjøttfondy (klassisk)
Ha ønsket mengde olje eller fett i
fondygryta. Se til at kjøttet er tørt før du
begynner med fondyen. Tørk kjøttet med
kjøkkenpapir hvis det skulle være
nødvendig. Still inn apparatet på maksimal
temperatur og begynn når denne
temperaturen er nådd.
Kinesisk fondy (buljongfondy)
Ha ønsket mengde buljong i fondygryta.
Still inn apparatet på maksimal temperatur
for å få buljongen til å koke. Senk deretter
temperaturen til middels for å holde
buljongen i kok.
Ostefondy
For å lage en deilig ostefondy har du de
ønskete ostetypene i fondygryta og lar
osten smelte langsomt ved lav temperatur.
Tilsett hvitvin, frest hvitløk og litt pepper og
salt for å smake til ostemassen.
I tillegg til brød kan du også bruke lettkokte
eller rå grønnsaker, for eksempel blomkål
eller brokkoli, til å dyppe i ostefondyen.
Sjokoladefondy
For å tilberede en deilig sjokoladefondy har
du ønsket mengde mørk sjokolade i
fondygryta og lar denne langsomt smelte
ved minimumstemperatur.
Bruk frukt eller godterier til å dyppe i
sjokoladefondyen.
Bordgrilling (Kjøttboller)
Til 4 personer:
350 gram små kjøttboller
350 gram poteter, skåret i små terninger og
kokt på forhånd
Smør
Ha litt smør i en av de små pannene og la
den bli varm. Ha en eller flere kjøttboller i
pannen sammen med litt potetterninger.
Stek kjøttbollene brune rundt det hele.
Tilsett litt salat og saus etter ønske.
