holde bouillonen i kog.
Ostefondue
Til en herlig ostefundue lægger De de
ønskede ostetyper i fonduegryden og lader
dem smelte langsomt ved lav temperatur.
Tilsæt hvidvin, et svitset fed hvidløg og
smag til med salt og peber.
Foruden brød kan De også bruge forkogte
eller rå grønsager som blomkål og broccoli
til at dyppe i ostefonduen.
Chokoladefondue
Til en herlig chokoladefondue lægger De
den ønskede mængde ren chokolade i
fonduegryden og lader den smelte
langsomt ved minimumstemperatur.
Brug frugt eller slik til at dyppe i
chokoladefonduen.
Stegning (kødboller)
Til 4 personer:
350 gram små kødboller
350 gram forkogte kartofler skåret i små
terninger
smør
Læg en smule smør i panderne og lad dem
blive hede. Læg en eller flere kødboller
sammen med nogle kartoffelterninger op
panden. Steg kødbollerne brune.
Tilsæt derefter salat og sauce efter eget
valg.
