Marineer de spareribs in deze saus gedurende ten minste 1 uur. Beter nog is om ze een nacht in de koelkast
te laten marineren. Stel de wok in op 165 °C en bak de spareribs in de olie. Als het vlees rondom bruin is,
schenkt u de marinadesaus er over en tempert u e hittebron tot 115 °C. Doe het deksel erop en laat het
geheel zo'n 40 minuten sudderen. Keer de spareribs in die tijd tweemaal om. Serveer ze met witte rijst.

years of pleasure from it.
We advise you to wash the pan in soapy water before using it for the first time. However, do not submerge
the power cord and dry the pan's electrical connection before plugging it in. Spread a thin layer of
cooking oil over the non-stick coating.
The parts of this set have a PTFE non-stick coating. When this coating is heated, small quantities of
gasses can be given off. These are harmless to humans. However, it has been proven that the nervous
system of birds is very sensitive to them. Therefore, do not use this appliance in the vicinity of birds
(tropical birds, such as parrots).
TIPS FOR USE
Use the pan on a steady table or some other firm surface. Do not put the appliance on a (hot) cooking
ring. Push the large plug into the pan and then the small plug into the electrical outlet.
The pan takes about 2 minutes to warm up. You can use this time to gather your ingredients together.
As soon as the wok has reached the required temperature the control light goes out.
The cooking time depends on the nature and thickness of your ingredients. You can of course experiment
with the cooking time and temperature to get the best results.
It is best not to use metal tools. They could damage the non-stick coating.
The pan can be used with or without the lid.
During use the temperature light will switch on and off to show that the thermostat is controlling the
temperature. This is normal.
Pull the plug out of the socket when you have finished using the pan. Remember that the large temperature
sensor on the plug (the metal pin in the centre) will be very hot. Do not touch it.
COOKING TIPS
Small pieces of meat, fish, etc., cut to about the same size, cook faster and are tenderer
than larger pieces.
Make sure that meat, fish or vegetables are as free of moisture as possible before adding
hot oil. This will avoid splattering.
Only turn meat and fish once, then it will not dry out so fast. For the same reason it is
better not to pierce the meat with a fork, but to use a spatula.
Only use a little oil or cooking fat for frying and roasting. The pan is not suitable for deep
frying etc.
