Informazioni generali
Questa elegante set da fonduta è stato disegnato da Jan des
Bouvrie. L’elettrodomestico non può essere utilizzato solo per
fondute gustose ed è caratterizzato da linee molto belle. La
base riscaldante, la pentola e le forchette hanno un design
moderno. Il set da fonduta Jan des Bouvrie è dotato di otto
forchettine, che consentono di invitare famigliari e amici.
Il termostato consente di utilizzare la pentola per diversi tipi di
fonduta: la classica di carne, quella al formaggio, quella al
cioccolato o quella cinese (con brodo).
Funzionamento e controlli
Vedi figura 1.
L’elettrodomestico ha le seguenti caratteristiche:
1 Pentola per la fonduta
2 Coperchio con impugnatura
3 Anello per la fonduta
4 Maniglia per pentola
5 Base riscaldante
6 Forchettone per la fonduta
7 Termostato
8 Spia On/Off
9 Spia, temperatura
10 Cavo di alimentazione e spina
11 Alloggiamento cavo di alimentazione
Prima del primo utilizzo
1 Eliminare tutto il materiale di confezionamento e gli adesivi
dall’elettrodomestico.
2 Pulire l’elettrodomestico e tutti gli accessori vedi (‘Pulizia e
manutenzione’) e quindi asciugarli accuratamente.
3 Collocare la base su una superficie stabile.
4 Collocare la pentola al centro della base.
5 Collocare l’anello nella pentola.
Riscaldare l’olio o il brodo
1 Scegliere un olio adatto per la fonduta (leggete l’etichetta
dell’olio prima di utilizzarlo).
• Non usare olio non adatto per l’uso con la fonduta.
Gocce d’olio bollente possono uscire dalla pentola e
provocare ustioni.
2 Riempire la pentola della fonduta con olio o brodo.
Assicurarsi che la pentola sia riempita sino al livello minimo
(min.) e sotto il livello massimo (max).
3 Inserire la spina nella presa. La spia rossa si accenderà,
per indicare che l’elettrodomestico è in funzione.
• Non accendere l’elettrodomestico con la pentola vuota.
4 Ruotare il termostato, sino a raggiungere la temperatura
desiderata. La spia arancione si accenderà. Regolare la
temperatura sino a portare il liquido a ebollizione.
5 Mentre il liquido è in fase di riscaldamento, mescolare di
tanto in tanto, per favorire un riscaldamento più lento.
6 La spia si accenderà non appena il liquido avrà raggiunto la
temperatura desiderata. A questo punto potete iniziare a
consumare la vostra fonduta.
Scaldate il formaggio o il cioccolato.
1 Scegliete una ricetta per fonduta al formaggio o al
cioccolato.
2 Inserire la spina nella presa. La spia rossa si accenderà,
per indicare che l’elettrodomestico è in funzione.
3 Preparare la miscela per la fonduta secondo la ricetta.
4 Ruotare il termostato, sino a raggiungere la temperatura
desiderata. La spia arancione si accenderà.
• Non impostare una temperatura eccessiva durante il
riscaldamento del formaggio o del cioccolato, per evitare
che brucino.
5 Mentre il liquido è in fase di riscaldamento, mescolare di
tanto in tanto, per favorire un riscaldamento più lento e privo
di grumi.
