øs en skefuld grønsager op sammen
med bøffen.
KINESISKE NUDLER
Ingredienser til 4 personer: 200 gram
nudler, 0,8 liter kyllingebouillon, 1/4
kinakål, 1/4 bundt frisk koriander, salt og
peber.
Tilberedning:
1 Hæld kyllingebouillon i Classic Multi
Wonder Chef Pro. Bring den i kog på 1
og fordel nudlerne heri.
2 Snit kinakålen meget fint. Tilføj kålen til
nudlerne og kog dem til nudlerne er
næsten møre. Hak korianderen fint og
rør den gennem bouillonen. Smag
eventuelt til med salt og peber.
BRÆNDENDE KYLLINGELÅR
Ingredienser til 4 personer: 8 kyllingelår.
Marinade: 2 dl olivenolie, 4 hvidløgsfed
(halverede), 2 spiseskeer citronsaft, 2 dl
cognac, 1 kvist timian, 1 kvist rosemarin, 2
friske salvieblade, 2 friske laurbærblade,
salt og peber. 100 gram sorte oliven og
100 gram grønne oliven.
Tilberedning:
1 Bland alle ingredienserne til marinaden
sammen og mariner kyllingelårene heri
i 24 timer.
2 Tag kyllingestykkerne op af marinaden
og hæld marinaden i Classic Multi
Wonder Chef Pro.
3 Varm Classic Multi Wonder Chef Pro op
på 4 og kog kyllingestykkerne møre i
ca. 20 minutter.
4 Tag kyllingestykkerne op og læg dem
på varme tallerkner. Læg de grønne og
sorte oliven i marinaden og varm dem
godt igennem. Hæld en stor skefuld
oliven og marinade over kyllingelårene
før serveringen.
MARINEREDE KALVEKOTELETTER
Ingredienser til 4 personer: 500 gram
kalvekoteletter. Marinade: 2 spiseskeer
sojasauce 2 teskeer tør sherry, 1 spiseske
brun sukker, 1 kugle syltet ingefær, 1
spiseske sesamolie, 1 teske eddike og sort
peber.
Tilberedning:
1 Bland alle ingredienserne til marinaden
sammen.
2 Skær kalvekoteletterne i tynde skiver.
3 Læg skiverne i marinaden og lad dem
trække natten over.
4 Varm Classic Multi Wonder Chef Pro op
på 2.
5 Tag kødet op af marinaden os steg det
mørt i ca. 10 minutter. Server
kalvekoteletterne med kinesiske nudler.
