1. Vend kyllingestrimlerne i karry og en tsk. salt.
2. Varm lidt flydende stegemargarine i Cromette stegepanden.
3. Kom kyllingestrimlerne i, når margarinen begynder at blive brun og svits dem møre i et par minutter.
4. Kom tomatpure i og lad det koge i 1 minut. Tilsæt derefter _ kop varmt vand og lad saucen stå og simre.
5. Kog vand i dampgryden.
6. Læg de rensede sukkerærter på risten over dampen, læg låget på gryden og damp sukkerærterne møre i
5-9 minutter(jo kortere jo sprødere).
Tip: Lækkert med stegte kartofler.
DAMPEDE SMÅ KARTOFLER MED HAMBURGER OG SALAT
- 250 gram små kartofler- -
- flydende stegemargarine
- hamburger
- peber, salt
1. Læg kartoflerne på dampgrydens rist og strø salt over dem.
2. Læg låget på gryden og damp kartoflerne i ca. 30 minutter (de er fine, når de ikke længere er hårde
indeni, men stadig føles faste).
3. Varm lidt flydende stegemargarine i Cromette stegepanden.
4. Når stegemargarinen begynder at blive brun, kommer man en hamburger i.
5. Steg hamburgeren mør og brun på begge sider.
Tip: Lækkert med agurk og tomatsalat.
DAMPET KYLLING MED SVAMPE OG SPINAT
- 75 gram svampe efter eget valg
- 75 gram kyllingefilet i strimler
- ingefærsirup
- 1 spsk. sherry
- 200 spinat
- salt, peber, hvidløg og løg
- 10 ml flydende stegemargarine
1. Kom ingefær og sherry i vandet i dampgryden.
2. Læg svampene og kyllingestrimlerne på dampgrydens rist.
3. Damp kylling og svampe møre i ca.15 minutter.
4. Varm lidt stegemargarine i Cromette stegepanden.
5. Svits hvidløg og løg i stegemargarinen.
6. Kom spinaten ved og rør i denne, til den er dampet ind til det halve.
Tip: kom lidt fløde og sherry i spinaten og lad den stå og simre lidt.
SMÅ FRIKADELLER IN TOMAT-PESTO SAUS MED PASTA
- 1 skive franskbrød
- 1 spsk. mælk
- 1/4 æg
- 125 gram hakkekød
- 1/4 spsk. krydderi til hakkekød
- 1 spsk. pesto (færdiglavet)
- 1 spsk. flydende stegemargarine
- 1 spsk. tomatsaus (færdiglavet)
- 100 gram pasta
- salt
1. Kog pasta i vandet i damp/kogegryden ifølge brugsanvisningen på pakke. Kom lidt salt i vandet.
