Classic Multi Wonder Chef Article 2267N
Preparación:
1 Mezcle todos los ingredientes y adobe
el pollo con la mezcla durante 24 horas.
2 Saque el pollo del adobo y vierta este
último en la sartén multiusos Classic
Multi Wonder Chef.
3 Caliente la sartén en la posición 4 y fría
en ella el pollo durante
aproximadamente 20 minutos.
4 Retire los muslos de la sartén u páselos
a un plato caliente. Añada las aceitunas
al adobo y caliéntelo bien. Al servir los
muslitos de pollo acompáñelos con una
buena cantidad de adobo por encima.
ESCALOPES DE TERNERA ADOBADAS
Ingredientes para 4 personas: 500 gram
de escalopes de ternera. Adobo: 2
cucharadas de salsa soja, 2 cucharadas
de sherry seco, 1 cucharada de azúcar
morena, 1 trozo de jengibre, 1 cucharada
de aceite de sésamo, 1 cucharadita de
vinagre y pimienta negra.
Preparación:
1 Mezcle todos los ingredientes
necesarios para el adobo.
2 Corte los escalopes de ternera en
rodajas delgadas.
3 Coloque la carne en el adobo y déjela
reposar durante una noche.
4 Encienda la cazuela Classic Multi
Wonder Chef (posición 2).
5 Saque la carne del adobo y fríala
aproximadamente 10 minutos hasta
que esté hecha. Sirva los escalopes
con tallarines chinos.
