Tips for matlagingen
Strø salt på grillsteinen før du begynner
grillingen.
Skjær kjøttet i tynne skiver. Det gjør
grilltiden kortere.
Basisoppskrift for raclette:
Til 4 personer:
8 omtrent like store poteter
1 lite glass sølvløk
1 lite glass agurker
200 gram tørket storfekjøtt
(Bündnerfleisch)
200 gram røkt spekeskinke
Pepper, helst nymalt fra pepperkvern
600 gram ost til raclette
Ikke skrell potetene, men skrubb dem
grundig. Kok potetene uten å skrelle dem.
Kutt potetene i skiver og hold dem varme
på grillplata. Ha noen skiver poteter i en
panne og dekk dem til med et par skiver
ost. Ha over pepper etter ønske og sett
pannene under grillen på bunnplaten. La
osten smelte.
Sammen med sølvløk, agurker og kjøtt har
du en deilig rett.
