Antes de empezar a asar, rocíe un poco

Receta básica para raclette:
Para 4 personas:
8 patatas, más o menos del mismo formato
1 frasco de cebollas perla
1 frasco de pepinillos
200 gramos de carne de vaca secada

200 gramos de jamón crudo ahumado
Pimienta, preferiblemente recién molida
600 gramos de queso para raclette
Limpie bien las patatas, sin pelarlas.
Hierva las patatas en su piel.
Corte las patatas en rodajas y
manténgalas calientes en la plancha.
Coloque unas rodajas de patata en una
sartén y cúbralas con unas lonchas de
queso. Añada pimienta al gusto y coloque
la sartén debajo del grill en la bandeja
colectora. Deje que funda el queso.
En combinación con las cebollitas perla,
los pepinillos y la carne, dispondrá de un
plato delicioso.
