TOSTA DE NOZES
Ingredientes (4 pessoas):
8 fatias de pão à escolha
manteiga ou margarina
200 gramas de queijo (por exemplo queijo francês tipo brie ou de cabra)
60 gramas de nozes peladas
8 fatias de fiambre ou de presunto
Modo de preparação: Colocar uma fatia de pão na chapa para fazer tostas e colocar por cima fatias de
queijo, algumas nozes e algumas fatias de fiambre ou presunto. Colocar outra fatia de pão por cima e
fechar o aparelho com a chapa superior. A tosta fica pronta depois de alguns minutos.
CARNE GRELHADA COM LEGUMES
Ingredientes (4 pessoas): 400 gramas de carne de vaca, 400 gramas de filetes de vitela, 1 melão, 1 dl de
xarope de gengibre, 1 paprica (pimentão), 1 cebola, 1 couve branca, 8 sjiitakés,
Arroz com ervilhas: 400 gramas de arroz, 7 dl dasjii-komboe, 2 colheres de sopa de saké, 50 gramas de
ervilhas.
Molho de Goma-zoe: 3 colheres de sementes de sésame brancas ou pretas, 6 colheres de sopa de molho
de soja, 2 colheres de sopa de dasj, sumo de 1 limão.
Modo de preparação da carne e dos legumes: Cortar a carne de vaca em pedaços de cerca de 2 cêntimetros
cada e dispô-los numa travessa. Corta os filetes de vitela em fatias finas e dispô-los igualmente numa
travessa. Retirar as pevides ao melão e salpicar as fatias de melão com o xarope de gengibre. Picar a
cebola e cortar a paprica em anéis (retirar as sementes), tirar os pés dos sjiitaké e cortar a couve às tiras.
Colocar em seguida os legumes sobre a travessa.
Modo de preparação do arroz: Misturar o arroz com o saké e o dasjii-komboe e deixar descansar por
uma hora. Em seguida, cozer o arroz de acordo com as indicações mencionadas na embalagem. No final
do tempo de cozedura, acrescentar as ervilhas. Grelhar bem e depressa a carne dos dois lados. Grelhar em
seguida os legumes sobre a chapa (voltá-los de vez em quando com uma espátula de madeira). Por fim
grelhar o melão dos dois lados sobre a chapa. Servir juntamente com o arroz: bom proveito!
