Información general
Esta elegante cafetera de Princess le
ofrece la posibilidad de preparar entre 4 y
14 tazas de café. El aparato está provisto
de un indicador de nivel del agua y una
jarra termo. La jarra termo asegura que el
café se mantiene caliente y fresco por
varias horas.
Funcionamiento y
manejo
Véase la figura 1.
El aparato consta de las siguientes partes:
1 Tapa del portafiltro
2 Portafiltro
3 Depósito para el agua con indicador de
nivel
4 Cucharilla medidora
5 Cable de alimentación y enchufe
6 Interruptor de encendido/apagado con
testigo luminoso
7 Jarra termo con tapa
8Carcasa
Antes del primer uso
• Lea y observe cuidadosamente estas
instrucciones y guárdelas como
referencia.
• Antes de usar el aparato, verifique que
el voltaje de alimentación
corresponda con el voltaje indicado
en la placa del tipo.
1 Saque el aparato de la caja y retire todo
el material de embalaje.
2 Coloque el aparato sobre una
superficie sólida y plana.
3 Introduzca el enchufe en la toma de
alimentación.
4 Para limpiar el interior del aparato,
póngalo a funcionar unas cuantas
veces con agua únicamente antes de
usarlo la primera vez. Siga las
instrucciones del apartado "Preparar
café" sin usar ni el filtro de papel ni el
café. Al terminar, tire el agua y limpie el
aparato (ver "Mantenimiento y
limpieza").
Preparar café
• Antes de usar el aparato, compruebe
que el interruptor de encendido/
apagado (ON/OFF) esté en la posición
de apagado (OFF).
1 Abra la tapa del portafiltro.
2 Llene el depósito para el agua con la
cantidad deseada (mínimo 4-6 tazas y
máximo 12-14, según lo indicado).

3 Coloque el filtro en el soporte y coloque
el soporte en el aparato antes de
colocar la jarra termo.

4 Compruebe que la tapa de la jarra está
puesta y bloqueada .
5 Coloque la jarra en el aparato.
6 Coloque un filtro de papel (tamaño 1x4)
en el portafiltro y llénelo con la cantidad
necesaria de café molido (estándar: 1
medida rasa de la cucharilla medidora
por cada taza).
7 Cierre la tapa del portafiltro.
8 Encienda el aparato mediante el
interruptor de encendido/apagado
(posición ON). El testigo luminoso se
enciende.
9 Retire la jarra del aparato y sirva una
taza de café. No es necesario retirar la
tapa de la jarra.
El aparato dispone de un sistema
antigoteo que permite retirar la jarra de
la base aún cuando el café todavía esté
colándose. Vuelva a colocar la jarra
rápidamente para evitar que rebose el
filtro.
