Asar (filete de salmón)
Para 4 personas:
4 porciones de filete de salmón (aprox. 150 g c/u)
1 manojo de rábanos grandes
8 judías verdes precocidas cortadas en trocitos
350 g de patatas precocidas cortadas en bloquecitos
Deje remojar los rábanos aproximadamente una hora en agua
fría y córtelos después en rodajas.
Dore las patatas en la plancha de asado. Ase el filete de
salmón, las judías y los rábanos en la plancha de asado. Deles
vuelta regularmente. El salmón estará listo en
aproximadamente 15 minutos.
Gourmet (Albondiguillas)
Para 4 personas:
350 g de albondiguillas
350 g de patatas precocidas cortadas en bloquecitos
mantequilla
Vierta un trocito de mantequilla en una sartén y deje que se
caliente bien. Incorpore una o más albondiguillas y unas
cuantas patatas en trocitos. Cueza las albondiguillas hasta que
estén doraditas.
Acompañe con ensalada y salsas al gusto.
