- 250 g Mehl
- ½ Liter Milch
- 4 Eier
- Tütchen Vanillezucker
- Vanilleeis
- Paranüsse
- Karamell
- Sahne
Bereiten Sie den Pfannkuchenteig aus Mehl, Zucker, Milch und Eiern zu. Backen
Sie die Pfannkuchen im Pfannkuchenbäcker. Legen Sie eine Kugel Vanilleeis auf
den Pfannkuchen, dann gießen Sie den Karamell über das Eis und streuen die Nüsse
darüber. Den Pfannkuchen zusammenfalten und mit der Sahne garnieren. Sofort
servieren.

- 250g Mehl
- ½ Liter Milch
- Tütchen Vanillezucker
- 4 Eier
- Erdbeerkonfitüre
- Sahne
- Erdbeeren
- Puderzucker
Bereiten Sie den Pfannkuchenteig mit Mehl, Milch, Vanillezucker und Eiern zu.
Backen Sie im Pfannkuchenbäcker so viele Pfannkuchen wie möglich. Bedecken Sie
den Boden einer Kuchenform mit Pfannkuchen. Mit einer Schicht Erdbeerkonfitüre
bestreichen. Wieder eine Schicht Pfannkuchen dazu geben. Mit Sahne bestreichen.
Wieder eine Schicht Pfannkuchen darauf legen. Auch diese streichen Sie mit
Erdbeerkonfitüre ein. Mit einer weiteren Schicht Pfannkuchen abschließen. Garnieren
Sie die Oberseite des Kuchens mit Sahne, Erdbeeren und Puderzucker. Vor dem
Servieren eine Weile im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen.
