Muffins au chocolat
Ingrédients
- 100 gr de chocolat
- 4 oeufs
- 150 gr de sucre impalpable (ou 15 gr de saccharose)
- 100 gr de beurre
- 150 gr de farine fermentante
- 60 gr de cacao en poudre
Préparation
Faites fondre le chocolat et le beurre ensemble au bain marie Mélangez les œufs, le
sucre impalpable et le cacao en poudre jusqu’à obtenir une mousse. Battez à présent
le mélange obtenu avec la farine et versez le tout dans les moules à muffins. Les
formes creuses doivent être remplies aux 2/3. Faites brunir les muffins au four,
laissez un peu refroidir avant de démouler et laissez reposer les muffins ensuite sur
une grille de cuisson.
Remarque
Saupoudrez-les de cacao, de sucre poudre ou nappez les muffins avec du chocolat
fondu
Muffins aux myrtilles
Ingrédients
275 gr de farine fermentante tamisée
70 gr de sucre cristal
1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
sel
2 dl de lait fermenté ou de lait
100 g de beurre fondu
1 œuf battu
200 g de myrtilles
Préparation
Mélangez dans un récipient l’ensemble de la farine avec le sucre, la levure et le sel.
Faites au centre du mélange un petit puits. Versez-y le lait (fermenté), le beurre et
l’oeuf battu.
Mélangez bien le tout.
Ajoutez les myrtilles et versez la pâte dans les moules à muffins.
Les moules doivent être remplis au 2/3
Faites brunir les muffins au four, laissez un peu refroidir avant de démouler et laissez
reposer les muffins ensuite sur une autre grille de cuisson.
