Snij de uien en de selder jn en plaats deze onderaan in de pot. Selecteer het programma “Mussel”. De
standaardtijd staat ingesteld op 20 minuten. Vooraleer de mosselen in de pot gedaan worden, laat de
groenten gedurende 8 minuten zachtjes aanstoven in de pot. Maak de mosselen proper en verwijder
mosselen die al open zijn. Wanneer er nog 12 minuten op de display staan, plaats de mosselen in de
pot. Overgiet het geheel met de witte wijn en kruid af met peper en zout.

Émincez les oignons et le céleri, puis placez-les dans le récipient. Sélectionnez le programme « Mussel
». La durée standard est programmée sur 20 minutes. Avant d’ajouter les moules dans le récipient,
laissez mijoter doucement les légumes pendant 8 minutes. Nettoyez les moules, et jetez celles déjà
ouvertes. Lorsqu’il reste 12 minutes sur l’acheur, ajoutez les moules dans le récipient. Arrosez le tout
avec le vin blanc, et assaisonnez de poivre et de sel.

Schneiden Sie den Sellerie und legen Sie ihn ganz unten in den Topf. Wählen Sie das Programm
“Mussel“ (Muscheln). Standardmäßig sind 20 Minuten eingestellt. Bevor Sie die Muscheln in den
Topf geben, lassen Sie das Gemüse 8 Minuten lang leicht vorgaren. Waschen Sie die Muscheln und
entfernen Sie Muscheln, die bereits geönet sind. Geben Sie die Muscheln in den Topf, wenn auf dem
Display noch 12 Minuten angezeigt werden. Übergießen Sie das Ganze mit Weißwein und würzen Sie
mit Pfeer und Salz.
